The Nedis ACON3425AT is designed to meet the needs of modern audio-video installations where the main source is transmitted via HDMI. This converter allows the audio signal from an HDMI eARC link to be cleanly isolated for transmission to an amplifier or external audio system via a TosLink optical or coaxial digital output.
Its use is particularly suited to recent televisions connected to HDMI sources such as Blu-ray players, multimedia boxes or games consoles. While the picture is displayed on the screen, the audio stream is extracted without degradation and redirected to dedicated audio equipment, enabling full use to be made of a home cinema system or external digital amplifier.
The ACON3425AT supports high bit-rate digital audio formats up to 192 kHz in 24-bit, as well as Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS multichannel formats. This ensures extensive compatibility with cinema soundtracks and high-definition video content. Processing is automatic, with no manual adjustments, simplifying installation and ensuring seamless operation in most configurations.
Its compact size makes it easy to fit behind a TV or in an AV cabinet, while its ABS casing ensures stable, durable operation. Powered by 5 V DC, it has an LED indicator for quickly checking its operating status.
