ARTICLE N° 119503
The Nedis VGRRU101BK video digitiser enables analogue content to be transferred to a computer for preservation in digital form. It is ideal for users wishing to archive old VHS, Hi8 or other formats from analogue video recorders and camcorders.

The operating principle is based on direct conversion of the analogue video signal to a USB 2.0 interface. Once connected to the PC, the box enables video streams to be viewed and recorded using capture software such as OBS. Installation is straightforward, with no special drivers required for compatible Windows operating systems.

The VGRRU101BK accepts several types of analogue input using the cables supplied, including SCART, composite RCA and S-Video. This versatility makes it easy to connect to a wide range of older video equipment still in use in the home or audiovisual environment.

Powered directly from the USB port, the digitiser requires no external power supply. Its maximum resolution of 480p is suitable for converting standard analogue sources into digital files for use on a computer or hard disk.
