Pearl offers the FTMMH1465 14" x 6.5" Free Floating Task Specific Maple/Mahogany, a snare drum that combines rich sound and versatility to help you optimize your drumming. This snare drum is constructed of 6-ply (7 mm) wood, combining 4 plies of North American maple for centered tonal projection and 2 inner plies of African mahogany for lower frequencies and warm harmonics.

This snare drum is ideal for drummers seeking sonic versatility, capable of adapting to various musical styles. You'll discover Pearl's Free Floating system, which frees the shell from the hardware, allowing it to vibrate freely and maximize resonance and tonal purity.
