This Pearl Hybrid Exotic HEK1450 snare drum combines kapur and fibreglass to produce a warm, punchy sound. The 6-ply body brings out rich bass while retaining a clean, precise attack.

This Pearl Hybrid Exotic HEK1450 snare drum is based on a hybrid design combining kapur and fibreglass.
The kapur body provides a warm, deep sound base. An inner layer of fibreglass enhances attack and projection. This combination produces a sound that's both dense and well-defined.
SuperHoop II stamped hoops let the barrel vibrate freely. STL-100 shells reduce friction and make tuning easier. Spin-Tight tie rods maintain skin tension even under hard hitting.
A special key locks the tuning once it has been adjusted. The SR-1000 Glide-Lock trigger ensures smooth, precise operation. The SN1420D responds evenly across the entire playing surface.
The original Remo Ambassador skin enhances the definition of the shots. The black Ebony finish with pearloid inlay adds to the instrument's high-end character.
