Electric Guitar Effects

With the Endless, Polyend opens up a sonic playground where every idea becomes a unique and personal effect. This customisable pedal lets you create textures, ambiences and audio treatments that reflect your creative world, without being limited to fixed banks. With it, your setup takes on an evolutionary dimension, where each effect load renews your inspiration and stimulates your sonic curiosity, for explorations without repetition or routine. The Endless pedal features a DSP engine running on a 720 MHz ARM Cortex-M7 processor, ensuring smooth, accurate real-time signal processing. This architecture makes it possible to execute complex algorithms without annoying latency. So you can enjoy responsive effects, suitable for both fast games and slow textures, with a stability that makes your signal safe in all situations.

Thanks to the Playground generative system, Polyend can generate effects from a simple written description. You describe what you want to hear, the system generates a file, then you load it into the pedal via USB-C. This workflow speeds up sound creation and makes effects design accessible without writing a single line of code. You also retain the ability to fine-tune the parameters to fine-tune the rendering, allowing for a high degree of creative control.

The Endless audio processing works at 48 kHz resolution in 24-bit. This configuration guarantees clear, detailed reproduction, with low-noise analogue preamps. Your signal retains its dynamic range and definition, even with complex effects. This audio quality supports studio set-ups as well as stage set-ups.

The Endless supports fast patch loading with simple drag-and-drop file transfer. You can organise your effects library on your computer and send them to the pedal in seconds. This method makes sound management simple and flexible, making it easy to test, adjust and compare. So you can build a collection of effects perfectly suited to your style and projects.

For users who like to go further, Endless offers an Open Source environment with an SDK available on GitHub. Here you can develop your own DSP algorithms, compile them and then load them directly into the pedal. This openness encourages experimentation and sharing with the community. You can also retrieve other users' creations, modify them and integrate them into your workflow. This collective approach constantly enriches the sonic possibilities, while maintaining total control over every parameter and every effect behaviour.

Polyend has already released a library that includes the following effects:

- 65 Sparkle: amp simulation inspired by the tube models of the 60s, with smooth harmonics and a musical response that enriches playing.
- Amp Studio: processing that sculpts the signal to evoke different amp characteristics, from clean tones to more aggressive timbres.
- Arp: arpeggiator module that slices the signal into note patterns that are played automatically to create rhythmic sequences.
- Bounce: rhythmic effect that organises bouncing repetitions of sound, creating dynamic movement over time.
- Doom: dense processing that adds heavy, powerful textures to the signal, perfect for dark atmospheres.
- Drift: subtle variation in pitch and timing that adds warm imperfection to the processed sound.
- Endless Delay: flexible delay with time and repeat control for spacious or tight echoes.
- Glitch Loop: records a short audio passage then cuts it rhythmically and randomly to produce glitchy fragments.
- Glow: effect that softens and colours the signal to give it a warm depth and a "luminous" feel.
- Jangler: a treatment that highlights metallic or shiny attacks for a percussive, incisive effect.
- Memory Cloud: immersive granular space where the sound fragments and extends into moving textures between reverb and delay.
- Rat Screamer: distortion inspired by classic circuits, adding saturation and bite to the input signal.
- Saturator: controlled saturation effect that enriches the signal with harmonics and sonic body.
- Softwash: a type of reverb or ambient processing that envelops the signal in a soft, diffuse cloud of sound.
- Sunset: an effect evoking warm, enveloping tones, perfect for mellow, melodic passages.
- Tape Glue: an analogue collage-inspired treatment that combines and links transients in a coherent way.
- Tape Looper: tape-like looper with speed control, reversal and aging.
- Tape Scanner: lo-fi delay and texture inspired by classic tape machines.
- Tessera: effect that converts your signal into arpeggiated micro-loops or rhythmic patterns.
- Vintage Cab: vintage amp cabinet simulation that adds warm, authentic colouration.
