PreSonus offers the AIR XD Sub 18, an active subwoofer designed for demanding sound systems. Its 18" driver with Class-D 2000 W amplification delivers defined, powerful bass with levels of up to 130 dB SPL. Thanks to the advanced DSP, you can adjust the low-pass filter and alignment and choose array presets to suit your configuration. The LCD screen makes adjustments easy, while Bluetooth with TWS Bridge mode allows seamless integration with other AIR XD models without additional cables. Designed for both stage and fixed installations, this subwoofer combines flexibility with clear performance.
Presentation
With a response ranging from 47 Hz to 103 Hz (-3 dB) and a sound pressure level of up to 130 dB, it meets the demands of events and shows of all sizes. The advanced DSP interface offers precise control over the sound. A variable low-pass filter, alignment delay settings and cardioid/end-fire array presets allow bass reproduction to be tailored to the venue and configuration.
The colour LCD screen provides easy access to settings and level monitoring, making the set-up process intuitive. Connectivity, with XLR/TRS inputs and direct outputs, adapts to a variety of sources and sound reinforcement schemes. Integrated Bluetooth with TWS Bridge mode makes it easy to pair wirelessly with other AIR XD speakers, for even more flexible set-up.
The sturdy wooden cabinet is equipped with handles and provisions for castors, making it easy to transport and position on stage or in an installation. Designed to last, it integrates naturally into modern sound systems.
