The new ULT Series, designed by Worx Audio, the North Carolina-based Presonus PA division, combines the widest horizontal dispersion of any loudspeaker in its class with targeted vertical dispersion for ultra-long throw. The result is impressive soundstage coverage, allowing audiences to hear clearly wherever they are. Designed for both mobile and fixed installation use, the series includes the ULT12 and ULT15 full-range loudspeakers and the ULT18 subwoofer.
All speakers in this series feature lightweight Baltic birch enclosures, a powder-coated steel grille, ergonomic handles, a locking IEC power connector, and a front-panel LED power indicator.

The ULT12 and ULT15 systems feature a patented Pivot X110 rotating horn, a 12’’ and 15’’ woofer respectively, a 1.75” tweeter and a 2.5’’ voice coil. These two speakers are bi-amplified and powered by a powerful 1300W Class D amplifier. The ULT12/15 are also equipped with a mic/line input on XLR/TRS combo with an XMAX mic preamp and a line input, each with its own level control. It will therefore be possible to connect two sources and sum them to the XLR Mix and Direct outputs, which will be used in particular to chain several speakers. Finally, a 24-bit / 96 kHz processor offers three adjustment presets depending on the possible uses (FOH, MON and DJ) and a 4th order Linkwitz-Riley filter set at 100 Hz.
