The RockBoard MOD 5 is designed for musicians who want to centralise all their pedalboard connections neatly. This patchbay system integrates directly into compatible RockBoard pedalboards and acts as a single access point between guitar, effects and amplification. The aim is simple: to avoid scattered connections and maintain a clear installation, even in a stage configuration.
Once installed, the MOD 5 connects the instrument to the front panel, while the rear of the module distributes the signal to the effects chain. The return signal then passes through a second dedicated input before going back to the amp. This makes the wiring easier to read and reduces the amount of fiddling required when setting up or changing stages.
The module features a complete connectivity section with TRS, XLR and USB inputs and outputs, as well as signal management with mono/stereo and lift/ground switches and an integrated direct box. It can also accommodate IRs and features a headphone output with volume control, making it ideal for use in rehearsal or silent configuration.
