Compact and lightweight, with responsive pressure-sensing bellows and on-board speakers, the FR-4X features the sound generator from the flagship of the V-Accordion range, the FR-8x. It comes with 100 sets of accordion sounds, 162 orchestral sounds, 32 organ sounds, 3 drum kits, effects and a built-in recorder.

With its lightweight, compact design, responsive pressure-sensing bellows and on-board speakers, this latest model can be played just like your regular accordion. But with the same sound generator as the FR-8x, this digital accordion goes much further.
It offers a wide range of accordion sounds from around the world, and can be played silently through headphones or connected directly to a PA system for live performance.
It also lets you control electronic instruments via MIDI, or record what you play onto a USB stick and share it with the world.
It has a traditional sound and feel, but the Roland FR-4x is truly a modern-day accordion.
Constructed of high-quality Cordura fabric, the case is scratch-resistant and won't tear.
The EVA foam interior protects your instrument from bumps and other hard impacts.
