The Roland FP-40 Black forms the heart of this pack, featuring a portable digital piano designed to deliver a natural playing experience in a format that’s easy to fit into your home. Its 88-key PHA-4 Standard keyboard combines triple sensors, escapement and Ivory Feel action to offer a more expressive response under your fingers. Piano Reality sound technology adds natural resonance, smooth transitions and dynamic nuances that complement the pianist’s intentions, whether you’re practising pieces, taking lessons or simply playing for pleasure.

Its new speaker system, housed in redesigned enclosures, notably enhances bass reproduction to give your playing greater depth. The FP-40 remains easy to fit into a small space thanks to its slim chassis and portable design. Bluetooth Audio/MIDI and USB-C add a practical dimension for working with digital content or using the piano in a variety of settings. The Piano Sphere app also offers personalised lessons and progress tracking, with 100 free songs included and optional access to over 1,000 additional songs.

The BoomToneDJ KS-1 stand complements the piano with a simple solution for setting it up at a height suited to your playing position. Its X-shaped design makes assembly and disassembly easy, which is particularly handy when the piano needs to be moved or stored away after use. Its adjustable height, ranging from 650 to 950 mm, allows you to adjust the keyboard’s position to suit the setup and the pianist’s preferences.

The handles, fitted with rubber caps, help to secure the keyboard onto the stand’s arms, with a maximum load capacity of 15 kg – making it suitable for the FP-40 and its weight of 14 kg. The KS-1 therefore does not require a complex set-up: simply adjust it to the desired height and place the piano on top. It also comes with its own assembly tool and weighs just 1.5 kg.

Finally, the pack includes the accessories supplied with the Roland FP-40: the quick start guide and documentation, the PSB-7U mains adaptor with its cable, the music stand, the DP-2 pedal and a 1.5 m USB-C 2.0 cable.
