If you play by closing your eyes, you feel hitting a hat quite conventional. Looking more closely at the VH-11 floating hi-hat, you'll notice that this is a cymbal pad pivotally mounted on a fixed base. Easy to install and transport, the VH-11 mounts on conventional hi-hat foot and then acts as a 2-piece hi-hat. For TD-20, TD-12, VH-11 can also be used with the TD-10 (with TDW-1), TD-8 and TD-6.
