The CamMic+ is a lightweight yet durable shotgun microphone, powered by 1 AA battery, that delivers clear, broadcast-quality sound to DSLRs, video cameras and mobile devices. Its directional mic excels at capturing sound in front of the mic, while rejecting sound to the sides and rear. The CamMic+ output cable is removable. A TRS mini jack cable for connection to cameras is included, as well as a TRRS mini jack cable for connection to smartphones and tablets.
On the back of the microphone, there's a 3-position switch for OFF, ON and an 80 Hz high-pass filter that allows you to eliminate unwanted rumbling noises and make dialogue more intelligible when shooting in noisy environments.
The integrated Sabo mount has a 1/4" thread that gives you almost unlimited mounting options.

For filmmakers concerned about conserving as much camera/mobile device power as possible, the CamMic+ would be the mic of choice. There's also a blue LED that lights up when the mic is on and turns red when your battery needs replacing.
A uniquely designed, double-layered windscreen is included, giving the CamMic+ its unique look. It has a robust gasket that helps block wind noise, protects the mic from weather and dust, and keeps it securely in place when you're on the move.
