The Savarez 510MRJ Creation / Cantiga exhibits an architecture that most standard sets ignore: three distinct materials on the treble, just one on the bass, two levels of tension on six strings. The Mi1 and Si2 nylon New Cristal sound clear and open under normal tension - their thin section needs no extra load to project. The G3 Alliance carbon introduces a density of material that reinforces the pivot note without weighing down the attack.
The silver-grained D4, A5 and E6 Cantiga are switched to high tension: the powerful bass and clean bass response hold their volume against the treble without right-hand compensation. This mixed normal/strong tension on 6 strings produces a homogeneity of timbre that single-tension stops struggle to achieve on instruments with standard pitch.
