Schlagwerk - RT40CD Percussion Coast Drum 40 cm

At home, in a therapist's practice or in a yoga room, this Schlagwerk RT40CD Coast Drum will quickly find its place. It comes in the form of a goatskin stretched over a 7-ply beechwood frame.

The coast drum incorporates small glass and steel balls between the skin and the mesh. These balls roll freely to create all kinds of atmospheres. The sound is reminiscent of waves caressing the shore or breaking on the rocks. It's ideal for creating a soothing atmosphere.

What's more, the number of balls can be reduced by means of a side screw. This allows you to adjust the intensity of the sound.

The drum is pre-tuned, which means it retains its default tuning and has no tuning mechanisms.

It's lightweight, comfortable to hold and won't tire, even during long sessions. You can play it flat or upright, on your lap or between your legs, whichever position is most comfortable for you.
