Pickup for 7-string electric guitar, dual coils, splittable, neck position, black finish. The SH 5 Duncan Custom is a humbucker that uses a small ceramic magnet and custom coils to deliver a P.A.F. sound on steroids. It's got a tight bass, a hump in the upper midrange that gives you more character and crunch, and airy highs that cut through the loudest distortion, but are also ideal for getting crystal-clear clean tones.

Particularly suited to warmer-sounding guitars with a prominent midrange, the SH-5 is often used on Les Pauls and Paul Reed Smiths.
It also works well with Jazz or '59 neck pickups.
Hand-built in the Seymour Duncan factory in Santa Barbara, California, the Duncan Custom humbucker pickup features a ceramic magnet, a nickel silver bottom plate, a 4-conductor lead wire that allows for different types of wiring, and is wax-coated to prevent pickup problems.
It also works well with Jazz or '59 neck pickups.
