Pickup for Stratocaster electric guitar, single coil, splittable, centre position, reversed polarity, supplied without cover. With more than twice the power of a conventional single coil, the Quarter Pound Flat has a fat, punchy sound with plenty of treble sparkle. Thanks to its reversed polarity, the SSL-4 RWRP cancels out the hum when used with standard neck and bridge models. It comes with an extra cable for a wide range of wiring combinations.

Large-diameter, hand-polished alnico 5 magnets are combined with a larger, more powerful coil winding to deliver sparkling mid-range harmonics, excellent sustain and big, full chords, making this one of the most popular single-coil pickups.
The centre pickup is RW/RP for quiet operation in combination with the standard models in positions 2 and 4.
An extra cable is placed halfway up the coil, allowing wiring to a push-pull or mini-switch for access to additional vintage output levels.
