It captures the same sound as the Single Coil Vintage Jazz Bass, but without the annoying hum.
This bridge model is slightly overcoiled to help balance the output level, for a perfect match with the Classic Stack Jazz Bass neck pickup.

This bridge pickup is slightly wider than the standard American size.
If you have a Mexican Jazz Bass, you will probably need to use two neck pickups, as the pickup slots are both the same size on these models.
