The Seymour Duncan Vintage Hot Stack Plus Strat is an electric guitar pickup designed to capture the authentic Stratocaster tone. It delivers increased warmth, sustain and smoothness, all without noise.
This lightly overwound single-coil pickup produces bright, bouncy music. It adds extra power to chords. You'll also notice increased authority for individual notes. It does all this without the high output of traditional models.
Designed to look like a classic Strat pickup, this model can be installed in the neck, middle or bridge positions. In the '80s, Seymour Duncan patented a special coil winding. He injected negative hum into the pickup circuit. This part is carefully tuned to maximize noise cancellation.
For a dynamic, hum-free Strat set-up, combine it with the Custom Stack Plus at the bridge and the Classic Stack Plus in the middle position.
