The Showtec AirDrive 2.4 IP 3-point is designed to simplify the set-up of wireless DMX links while remaining suitable for outdoor environments thanks to its IP65 protection rating. The unit can be configured as a transmitter or receiver, giving great flexibility in setting up the system. The G3, G4 and G4S modes offer extensive compatibility with other wireless transmission equipment, including the AirDrive 2.4 Pocket, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
The enclosure is shaped for quick mounting on a structure, and a mounting bracket is provided for off-truss installations. When used as a receiver, three opto-isolated DMX outputs are available, enabling multiple lines to be supplied while limiting the risks associated with signal distribution. The low latency of 5 ms ensures stable transmission, even in stage set-ups requiring reliable synchronisation.
AirDrive 2.4 IP is equipped with Power Pro True connectors for use in outdoor environments, so you can enjoy peace of mind when on tour or at events. Its omnidirectional 5 dBi antenna helps to cover the area of use effectively, especially when the line of sight is unobstructed. This model is practical, robust and ready to use, offering a simple solution for reproducing or extending a DMX network without having to run extra cables.
