Showtec - Octostrip FLEX 50CM Set

This Showtec Octostrip FLEX set of eight 50 cm LED bars has been designed to provide precise visual control over creative installations, whether in scenography, exhibition spaces or TV studios.

Each 0.5m module incorporates four independent RGBW sections, allowing surfaces to be brought to life with a wide variety of transitions, gradations and dynamic effects. Having eight bars in a single kit gives immediate scope for structuring a set, creating a pattern of light or building coherent visual lines on a façade or stage surface.

Each bar in the Octostrip FLEX set has an IP65-certified aluminium casing, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, for temporary or permanent installations. Aluminium also plays an essential role in passive cooling, guaranteeing silent operation and no mechanical wear associated with fans.

The LED sections respond smoothly to variations from 0 to 100%, and an integrated strobe offers a frequency of up to 20 Hz for striking effects when required.

This set of eight bars cannot operate on its own, as it must be combined with the dedicated Octostrip FLEX controller, which provides DMX, Art-Net, sACN and stand-alone modes. This combination makes it easy to integrate into a modern network control room or a traditional DMX installation.

Mounting is via a sliding track, which is practical for aligning several bars evenly or creating angles to suit the needs of the set. By combining eight RGBW modules in a single solution, this package becomes a highly versatile tool for designing immersive lighting structures.
