Showtec - PAR 46 Warm-On-Dim

The Showtec PAR 46 Warm-On-Dim is a modern alternative to traditional halogen spotlights, while retaining the visual sensations for which they are renowned. This model uses a 28-watt Warm-On-Dim LED, capable of delivering a pleasant warm white from 3000 K at full power, then gradually fading to an amber tone close to 1800 K when dimmed via an external dimmer. This natural transition closely mimics the behaviour of a tungsten lamp, making this spotlight perfectly suited to installations where the lighting ambience needs to remain warm and consistent.

Its CRI of over 95 helps to accurately reproduce the colours of illuminated objects, an important asset for galleries, shops and other spaces where visual fidelity must not be compromised. The luminaire uses triac dimming, so it can be integrated without modification into an existing halogen infrastructure. The total absence of UV makes it ideal for sensitive environments such as textiles or works of art.

The PAR 46 Warm-On-Dim is fitted with a black aluminium housing, an adjustable mounting bracket and a filter holder frame (supplied). Its 60-degree wide beam provides generous coverage of an area, whether for decorative lighting, a sales area or a small stage. Its operation is based on convection cooling, guaranteeing silent use even in quiet environments.
