Showtec - Single WDP-1

In the Showtec range, the Single WDP-1 occupies an interesting place for all small installations where you need to manage the power supply for a spotlight or fixture while maintaining reliable DMX control. The module has all the essentials: a dimmer and a switch in a compact case, a DMX input and output in 3-pin XLR, and an integrated wireless DMX receiver for locations where it's not easy to run a control cable. The Single WDP-1 or Single WDP 1, as well as the Single-WDP-1 version, accepts a conventional mains supply and can be used as a stand-alone power supply. Its output capacity can handle a device of up to 10 A, which covers the majority of traditional spotlights and a large proportion of 230 V machines. The wireless DMX receiver really expands its possibilities, especially in existing environments where equipment is gradually replaced without having to reconfigure all the control cables.

The system is simple to install, with a metal case, fixed power cable and ready to mount on a wall or fixture. The user can define a DMX address, choose between manual control, wired DMX control or wireless DMX control, then adjust the settings via the screen and front-panel buttons. The module even retains the settings in the event of a power cut, making it easier to operate in locations where the power supply may fluctuate.
