Shure - MXP 5 Black

The Shure MXP 5 is a passive ceiling-mounted loudspeaker designed to deliver high-quality audio reproduction in meeting rooms and video conferencing spaces.

Its dual-driver architecture ensures exceptional speech intelligibility and balanced sound reproduction, essential for clear and effective communication. Its small footprint makes it particularly suitable for retrofit installations or ceilings with limited mounting space.

The MXP 5 is designed with a voice-optimized diffusion system. Its well-ventilated motor and high-quality components allow efficient power management while minimizing distortion.

Combined with the MXN-AMP PoE+ multichannel amplifier, it allows precise adjustment of audio settings thanks to optimized presets and a configurable equalizer. The speaker also has a selector for use in 70/100V or low impedance mode, thus offering great installation flexibility.

Its installation is simplified thanks to a compact design and a diameter identical to that of the MXA901 ceiling microphone, ensuring aesthetic consistency in meeting rooms.

The MXP 5 is compatible with several mounting accessories, such as the A-MXP5-TB reinforcement plate for ceiling tiles and the A-MXP5-NCB new construction bracket. To ensure the safety of suspended installations, the use of an additional security cable is recommended.

In addition to its sound quality, the MXP 5 benefits from Shure audio encryption, guaranteeing secure communication between the different elements of the Microflex ecosystem. It integrates perfectly with modern collaboration solutions, being compatible with platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
