Shure - MXW8X

The Shure MXW8X is a wireless tabletop transmitter for Microflex Wireless neXt systems. It is designed to deliver quality sound pickup while remaining discreet on the conference table. Its compact and elegant design allows it to blend into any professional environment, from corporate meetings to lecture halls and conference rooms.

This transmitter is compatible with Microflex modular gooseneck microphones (MX405, MX410, and MX415), available in various lengths and polar patterns. It features a six-pin modular connector, ensuring a simple and reliable connection. Its high-resolution display provides essential information, such as battery status, wireless link quality, and system alerts, allowing users to maintain control over their equipment.

Thanks to bidirectional wireless transmission, the MXW8X not only sends audio to the system, but also receives a return signal to listen to instructions via the USB-C headphone output. It also features a programmable mute button, offering multiple operating modes (Push-to-Talk, Push-to-Mute, External Control).

In terms of security, it benefits from AES-256 encryption, ensuring confidential communications. Its wireless range reaches 50 meters, with an audible alert in case of connection loss. Power is provided by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing up to 39 hours of battery life and can be recharged via USB even while in use.
