Presentation
The Steinberger Spirit GT-PRO "DELUXE" LH, is an innovative, compact travel electric guitar made for left-handed guitarists. Built with Steinberger's renowned headless design, it features the ultra-precise 40:1 Direct-Pull tuning system and locking R-Trem tremolo, allowing for exceptional versatility for traveling musicians.
Its short 30" length and 7.0 lbs. weight make it an ideal travel guitar, suitable for airplane overhead compartments.
The basswood body and three-piece maple neck provide consistent resonance and remarkable stability, resisting temperature changes, making it a virtually indestructible guitar.
Its '60s-inspired SlimTaper "D"-shaped neck features 24 medium-jumbo frets and a 14" radius, providing smooth, comfortable playability.
The R-Trem bridge, made of steel and incorporating the locking system, allows for spectacular vibrato effects, from intense dives to pitch lifts, while offering excellent tuning stability. In the locked position, the bridge transforms into a fixed bridge, ensuring precise intonation.
The GT-PRO uses Steinberger DoubleBall strings in gauges .010-.046, and can also be rigged with standard strings thanks to a Single Ball string adapter.
On the electronic side, the GT-PRO is equipped with three pickups: two HB-2 and HB-1 humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions, accompanied by an SC-1 single coil in the middle position, offering a wide range of tones. Controls include a master volume, master tone and a 5-way pickup selector for great flexibility.
