Presentation
With the Numa X Piano GT SE, Studiologic offers a particularly mature vision of the modern stage piano. This Special Edition, unveiled at NAMM 2026, is more than just an aesthetic evolution: it marks a profound advance in touch, sound generation and ergonomics, designed for professional musicians who demand precision, expressiveness and reliability.
Touch is provided by the 88-note TP/400 Wood keyboard, featuring a graduated hammer action with triple detection, escapement, aftertouch and Ivory Feel coating. Combined with High Definition Velocity technology, this keyboard captures every nuance of the playing, from the most delicate pianissimo to the strongest attacks. Sensitivity is fully customisable, with several programmable curves and independent adjustment of the balance between black and white keys, allowing you to adapt the keyboard's behaviour precisely to your playing style.
The heart of the Numa X Piano GT SE's sound is based on the new Studiologic TrS2 engine, capable of combining three major sound expressions: acoustic piano, electric piano and synthesis. Each engine benefits from high-resolution processing, generous polyphony of up to 300 voices, and in-depth expressive control.
The acoustic pianos use advanced physical modelling, incorporating release, pedal and key noises, as well as precise control of release behaviour. String resonance, duplex and soundboard parameters allow fine-tuning of the instrument's response, for a more organic, lifelike sound.
The electric pianos use Electric Modeling 2 technology, combining physical modelling and refined dynamics. Interaction with the new amp simulations enables the sound grain to be sculpted with warmth, bite or smoothness, while retaining a faithful response to playing. New tine sounds and a dedicated graphical interface make in-depth editing easy.
The new synthesis engine is based on a virtual oscillator architecture capable of generating both classic analogue shapes and more complex textures. Mono and poly modes, portamento, legato, staccato, amp and filter envelopes and LFOs are all accessible via clear and immediate controls, making sound design a natural extension of performance.
The Numa X Piano GT SE is also distinguished by its advanced multi-zone architecture. Up to four zones can be assigned to internal sounds or external MIDI devices, with independent management of splits and keyboard ranges. The 250 user programs, favourites system and zoom functions make navigation fast and efficient, even on stage.
The effects section is particularly comprehensive, with eight independent FX inserts, two per zone, plus dedicated master effects. Distortions, modulations, amp simulations, choral and symphonic effects, delays and reverbs based on FDN technology offer impressive sonic depth, equally suited to realistic textures and cinematic atmospheres.
Designed for stage and studio, the Numa X Piano GT SE features an internal digital mixer with four mic/line audio inputs, advanced level management and zone-based EQ, plus audio over USB for direct integration into a computer setup. The UX Logic interface, with colour-coded encoders, colour screen and dedicated controls, ensures quick access to all the essential functions without interrupting your playing.
Finally, this special edition is visually distinguished by an exclusive satin metallic finish and hand-crafted solid wood side panels, making a statement that is both elegant and resolutely professional. Supplied with an SLP3-D triple pedalboard, the Numa X Piano GT SE is a complete, expressive and durable stage piano, designed to accompany the most demanding musicians in every situation.
