ARTICLE N° 109741
The Technics SL-1200M7PED is like the F1 chassis of DJing: powerful, responsive and built for precision. With its coreless direct-drive motor, high-sensitivity arm and fine-tuning of torque, braking speed and height, every detail has been thought out to give you a skid-free ride, even at full speed. The white LED lighting boosts legibility in all conditions, and the reverse reading function adds a touch of freestyle to your manoeuvres. This special black & orange edition is part of a muscular collaboration with Lamborghini, with all the visual and mechanical class that implies.

Ortofon has added its Concorde MKII Mix to the mix, a DJ cell designed to withstand big kicks, stay on top of tense scratches and deliver a constant signal, even under full load. Its spherical diamond sticks to the groove without flinching, while the aluminium cantilever ensures impeccable rigidity. With an output voltage of 6 mV and a holding force range of between 2 and 4 g, it can handle anything you throw at it, without faltering. Whether you're in a club, a studio or in the open air, you can count on it to remain stable, faithful and punchy.

This Technics x Ortofon pack is more than just a duo: it's a real stage beast. You get a universal static-balanced arm, adjustable from 0 to 6 mm in height, capable of following the groove with surgical precision. The 33⅓ and 45 rpm speeds (78 rpm with switch) are there to cover all your vinyl, and the RCA + earth connectors ensure frictionless compatibility with your gear. The included accessories (felt, cell holder, phono cable, EP adaptor, etc.) mean you'll be ready to mix straight out of the box.

In addition to its ultra-complete contents, the Technics SL-1200M7PED x Ortofon Concorde MKII Mix pack gives you a special wink: a V12 Lamborghini sound vinyl and an official sticker to stick wherever you like - on your flight, on your laptop, or directly on your heart. It's the kind of detail that says: "Yes, I have a taste for sound... and speed".

Since the 1970s, the SL-1200 series from Technics has set the benchmark for DJ turntables. Now, with the SL-1200M7PED, the Japanese brand is pushing the envelope even further, teaming up with Lamborghini for an edition with a racy look and razor-sharp performance. Ortofon, for its part, has been mastering the art of the DJ cartridge for over 100 years, and its Concorde MKII Mix continues this tradition with unadulterated efficiency. The result? A premium package for those who want style, torque and a groove that slams with every spin.

To complete your set-up, remember to stock a spare diamond (Stylus CC MKII Mix), always good to have to hand when the crowd gets hot. A good non-slip mat or padded flight case won't do any harm either, to prolong the life of your machines. And to look after your cartridge, a quick wipe with a carbon brush or some cleaning fluid will guarantee clean, crackle-free playback, even after several laps around the track.
