Presentation
Its direct-drive mechanism is based on a Technics coreless motor and a die-cast aluminium platter. The PDF specifies a platter diameter of 332 mm and a weight of approximately 1.8 kg including the felt mat and slip sheet. The statically balanced tonearm features an S-shaped design, with an effective length of 230 mm, an overhang of 15 mm and a height adjustment range of 0 to 6 mm.
The turntable offers speeds of 33⅓, 45 and 78 rpm, as well as adjustable pitch control of ±8 per cent and ±16 per cent. It accelerates to 33⅓ rpm in 0.7 seconds from a standstill, with a tracking error and flicker of 0.025% W.R.M.S. The connections include an RCA phono output and a ground terminal. Several accessories are included, notably the dust cover, the cartridge holder and the cables. The cartridge is not supplied.
