The Teenage Engineering EP-127-KO-Pedal expands the capabilities of the K.O.-AMP by providing foot-controlled access to guitar and vocal effects, the looper, the metronome and audio playback. Its two pressure-sensitive switches enable expressive control whilst playing. This footswitch is therefore ideal for set-ups where both hands are occupied with the instrument

Wireless connectivity extends its range of use beyond a compatible amp. The EP-127-KO-Pedal communicates via Bluetooth LE MIDI, USB-C or its MIDI mini-jack output to control equipment such as synthesisers or effects pedals. A dedicated input also accommodates an expression pedal, extending control options to suit the requirements of the set-up.

HID mode allows the pedal to be used to manage a presentation, control a video or trigger software shortcuts. This versatility therefore extends beyond guitar and vocals, with functions suited to various digital environments. Power is supplied by two 1.5-volt batteries or via USB-C, a solution that makes it easy to integrate the wireless foot controller into a mobile setup.
