With the EP-35 K.O.-AMP, Teenage Engineering has designed a portable, multi-source amplifier that mixes up to six audio sources simultaneously. Guitar, microphone, electronic instruments and Bluetooth streaming all share the same mixing space, creating a musical setup that reduces the number of devices you need to carry around.
The jack input with Low/High gain selection is suitable for a guitar, whilst the XLR socket with 48 V phantom power accommodates all types of microphone. The stereo line input completes the range of connections, whilst the eight effects presets enhance guitar or vocal sounds without the need for an external processor, with settings accessible directly on the unit.
For music production on a computer, the USB audio interface integrates the K.O.–AMP into a production environment via USB 2.0. The USB-C connection is also used for charging and audio, whilst the stereo line input and output make it easy to integrate into a wider audio setup.
Bluetooth Broadcast mode can stream audio to multiple K.O.–AMP units. Teenage Engineering has even fitted it with a lamp, which comes in handy when the lights go down on stage or whilst on the move. A built-in compartment keeps accessories within easy reach; the K.O. DOCK KIT, sold separately, also allows EP series units to be attached to the side, enabling you to carry a complete setup.
