ARTICLE N° 119797
When playing the baritone saxophone, every element of the mouthpiece influences the feel of the instrument. Vandoren's LC59AP M/O ligature has been designed to hold the reed tightly while allowing the reed to vibrate freely, an important factor in achieving a clear response on an instrument as powerful as the baritone.

It is very light and easy to place on the mouthpiece. Its unique double-threaded screw creates a symmetrical clamp that stabilises the reed without complicated handling. This system makes fitting quick and easy, whether before a rehearsal, a concert or a practice session.

The ligature has only two points of contact on the reed, thanks to a reversed tightening. As a result, the reed retains full freedom of vibration, which helps to achieve clean articulation and a well-defined sound, whether you're playing in a big band, classical music or a modern ensemble.

Its antique gold finish adds an elegant aesthetic. It is designed for ebonite mouthpieces and comes with a plastic mouthpiece cover to protect the mouthpiece.
