Sticks
Develop a powerful playing style whilst maintaining excellent control with the Vic Firth Corpsmaster Snare Signature Mike Jackson snare drum sticks. Made from hickory, they feature a unique design with an inverted neck that concentrates more mass towards the front of the stick. This weight distribution naturally enhances the impact of rim shots and promotes significant sound projection, whilst maintaining good responsiveness during technical passages.

Presentation
The Vic Firth Signature Mike Jackson Corpsmaster Snare SMJ pair of drumsticks embodies the vision of Mike Jackson, a renowned musician, arranger and educator in the world of marching percussion.
Developed based on his experiences in the field, they meet the needs of percussionists seeking precise strikes, excellent sound projection and consistent control throughout their performance.
Made from hickory, a wood renowned for its durability, this pair of sticks withstands the repeated demands of percussion ensembles.
Its thick shoulder provides greater power, whilst the long taper promotes a quick rebound, allowing the stick to return naturally to the hand after each strike.
The inverted taper shifts more mass forwards, which accentuates the presence of rim shots and produces a clear ‘ping-shot’ sound that cuts through the ensemble with ease.
Its oval wooden olive tip also contributes to the stick’s overall balance and the quality of its response. Every detail has been carefully designed to provide a stable feel, good durability and an expressive strike during marching performances.
