The VOX AC30 Hand-Wired is a guitar combo designed for guitarists looking for an authentic vintage sound, true to the spirit of the legendary VOX amps of the 60s. Its entirely hand-wired design guarantees dynamic response and direct interaction between playing and the sound produced, with the depth and warmth that only a tube amp can offer.

This amp is equipped with 2 12" Celestion Greenback speakers, which deliver an open, clear and powerful sound. The midrange is rich and textured, the treble brilliant without being aggressive, and the bottom end of the spectrum remains precise even when the amp is pushed. The two speakers give a wider sound projection, ideal for the stage, but also for studios where every detail of playing counts.

The circuit is based on 4 EL84 power tubes, a GZ34 rectifier and 1 x 12AT7 with 4 x 12AX7 in the preamp. This technical choice favours natural compression and a grain that evolves according to the intensity of the playing: clean sounds remain clear while the crunch appears progressively with more sustained attacks.

The amp has 4 inputs on two separate sections (Normal and Top Boost), a 2-band control for the Top Boost channel, and an integrated reverb for enriching the sound without additional hardware.
