Two 6V6 tubes then take over on the power side – an iconic pairing in vintage combos that prioritises nuance and dynamic expression over sheer, overwhelming volume. The built-in spring reverb adds that spatial depth which transforms a dry riff into an atmospheric sound – whether it’s surf rock or mellow blues, the choice is yours.
In terms of controls, the six knobs – Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass, Reverb and Master – open up a vast sonic playground without unnecessary complexity. The integrated master volume allows you to shape the tube saturation at low volumes, a feature that home studio enthusiasts will appreciate.
