Because a voice evacuation system must remain operational even in the most critical situations, the WORK IC 656/54 has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the European standard EN 54-24, which covers fire detection and voice alarm equipment. It is ideally suited to public-access buildings where the broadcast of safety instructions is essential.

Its 6.5-inch loudspeaker ensures clear reproduction of messages, with a coverage area suitable for sound systems in offices, schools, shops, restaurants, hotels or transport terminals. Its operation on a 70/100 V network allows it to be easily integrated into large-scale installations comprising a large number of loudspeakers.

The IC 656/54 is manufactured from 5VB flame-retardant plastic to maintain its integrity in the event of a fire. It is also fitted with a fire-resistant dome, which helps to protect the installation and meets the requirements of professional fire safety systems.

This model can be fitted quickly thanks to its spring-loaded mounting system. Its understated design and white finish allow for discreet integration into all types of ceilings, whilst ensuring that installations comply with safety regulations.
