Work - MD 82 AX MKII

The WORK MD 82 AX MK II is a digital mixer specially developed for conference facilities, meeting rooms, educational establishments, places of worship and venues where several microphones are used simultaneously. Its architecture allows for the centralised management of eight microphone inputs whilst offering advanced digital processing and great ease of use.

Each input has its own DSP processing to optimise sound quality. Users can adjust the equalisation, apply adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters, and select from several levels of automatic feedback suppression to improve speech intelligibility in complex environments. All information is accessible directly via the front-panel LCD screen using the rotary navigation encoder.

The MD 82 AX MK II also features an auto-mixing function that automatically balances the levels of active microphones. This technology reduces background noise, improves the clarity of speech and considerably simplifies the operation of systems with multiple speakers, without requiring constant operator intervention.

All eight inputs feature switchable +48 V phantom power, allowing the connection of professional condenser microphones. The unit can be controlled directly from the front panel, or remotely via Bluetooth using the free apps available for iOS and Android. An RS485 interface is also provided to integrate the mixer into centralised control systems.
