The MINO 15 A PRO is clearly positioned in the high-power loudspeaker category, designed to cover large spaces or to meet sound reinforcement requirements where sound level and long-term reliability are essential. Here, we are no longer talking merely about musical reproduction, but about a genuine ability to project a clean, controlled signal in conditions that can sometimes be challenging.

The 15-inch driver forms the basis of the system. It provides a solid foundation at the lower end of the spectrum, with sufficient air-moving capacity to maintain substance even at high volumes. The 1.4-inch compression driver handles the upper end of the spectrum, offering effective projection and good intelligibility – essential in live environments or highly reverberant installations.

The dual-channel Class D amplification ensures separate power supply for the bass and treble channels. The low-frequency module delivers up to 650 W peak power, whilst the treble section provides 150 W, helping to maintain a degree of dynamic consistency between the two registers. This is complemented by RMS and peak limiters that ensure safe operation even under intensive conditions.

The inclusion of integrated DSP processing with FIR filters provides a genuine additional level of control. We don’t just amplify the signal; we shape it. This allows the speaker’s response to be tailored to specific applications, venues or acoustic constraints, with greater precision than conventional systems.

The 80° x 50° coverage pattern is designed to concentrate sound energy where it is needed, minimising losses and unwanted reflections. This choice of directivity makes the MINO 15 A PRO particularly well-suited to stages, multi-purpose halls or set-ups requiring controlled front-firing projection.

The birch plywood cabinet with a polyurethane finish ensures good mechanical rigidity and durability suitable for intensive use. The multiple mounting points and 35 mm mounting flange offer real installation flexibility, whether mounted on a stand or on a structure.
