The WORK WAC 8 is a wall-mounted touchscreen interface designed to provide centralised control of professional audio systems, automation solutions and complex audiovisual installations. With its 8-inch IPS screen and Android 11 operating system, it offers a user-friendly experience with a display area suited to advanced control interfaces.

Designed as a true multifunctional control centre, the WAC 8 directly integrates dedicated WORK applications such as Integra, MD 82 AX MKII, WorkCAD, Blueline and Railtone/WMAC. These tools allow quick access to the settings of compatible equipment, the management of audio parameters, or the use of the screen as a remote control for various installed systems.

Its RK3566 Quad-Core Cortex-A55 processor, combined with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, ensures smooth navigation and stable operation of the embedded applications. The 8-inch IPS touchscreen, with a resolution of 800 × 1280 pixels, offers superior usability for installations requiring more information to be displayed simultaneously.

The WAC 8 offers comprehensive connectivity for easy integration into a professional infrastructure. It features an Ethernet connection, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth BLE 5.2 and RS485 communication. Its PoE power supply simplifies installation via the network, whilst a 12 V DC power supply remains available for certain configurations. A TF card slot also allows the device’s storage capacity to be expanded.
