Not all spaces require 360° sound coverage. In many projects, the aim is, on the contrary, to direct the sound towards an aisle, a platform, a building entrance or a thoroughfare. The WORK WHS 45 S meets this need precisely thanks to its sound projector design, which is capable of directing the sound where it is actually needed.

Its 5-inch full-range loudspeaker delivers clear reproduction of voice announcements, whilst also being suitable for playing background music. This versatility makes it suitable for use in public-access premises, industrial buildings, sports facilities, car parks and transport infrastructure, where the intelligibility of announcements is essential.

The built-in transformer supports multiple power levels on 70/100 V lines, whilst its 8-ohm low-impedance operation offers great flexibility when designing an installation. Installers can therefore easily adjust the sound level according to the length of the lines or the number of loudspeakers deployed.

Designed for long-term outdoor use, the WHS 45 S features a robust ABS enclosure combined with a protective metal grille. Its IP56 rating enables it to withstand harsh weather conditions, whilst its mounting bracket facilitates precise positioning to achieve the best possible sound coverage.
