The YDP-146 features a GHS keyboard with precise sensors, designed to respond to the subtlest nuances of touch. The Yamaha YDP-146’s sound reproduction is based on VRM Lite modelling, which simulates the internal resonances of an acoustic piano for harmonic consistency across the entire keyboard.
Diffuser grilles positioned in front of the speakers enhance the projection of bass and treble frequencies by creating uniform sound amplification, ensuring stable dynamic control across the entire range.
Bluetooth audio and MIDI connectivity allows the Yamaha YDP-146 to be connected to compatible apps and other devices for remote management of sounds and settings.
The Smart Pianist app makes it easy to manage voices and access PDF sheet music, whilst offering play-along features via a simple digital interface.
