Yamaha - DFP9CL
Yamaha's DFP9CL double bass drum pedal is a top-of-the-range pedal designed for left-handed drummers, providing remarkable precision and fluidity thanks to its double chain system and multiple ball bearings. It features a wide range of customisation options, including a three-position cam system, adjustable beater weights, and independent beater angle and sole adjustments, allowing drummers to find their ideal playing feel. Its robust design with a heavy frame, non-slip spikes and a fully ball-bearing slave pedal link ensures surprising stability and consistency, even during the most intense, fast-paced playing.
Presentation
The three-position Quick-Adjusting cam lets you instantly adjust the tension of the stroke to suit your style. You can also change the chain to a nylon belt for smoother play.
The axle-stabilising bearing chamber and low-profile hinge guarantee fluidity with no lateral play. The universal secondary pivot incorporates ball bearings, eliminating latency and ensuring immediate response.
Spring tension adjustment is simplified thanks to a self-locking knob, accessible during play. Finally, the adjustable beaters, non-slip spikes under the heel and rigid 'frame within a frame' ensure precision, stability and adaptability to your groove.
