New top-of-the-range electronic drum kit from the DTX series, featuring new pads with birch drums, in a Black Forest finish derived from Yamaha Marching series instruments, fitted with Remo custom-designed Mesh heads. It features the new DTX-PROX module, which includes new drum sounds recorded in Europe's top studios, new studio-quality effects and Bluetooth connectivity.

There's also something new on the pad side, which for the M models is fitted with mesh heads, custom-designed by Remo.
The bass drum pad has also been reworked, and features a multi-layer striking surface for quieter operation.
The DTXPROX sound module offers completely new audio quality, with new samples recorded in some of Europe's finest studios.
Sounds can be processed with a multitude of studio effects, so users can tailor the sound of their kits to their exact needs.
Users can also load up to 1000 of their own samples, in addition to the 400+ internal sounds.
It also has up to 10 outputs for any recording or live situation, as well as other features aimed at professional musicians.
