Presentation
With its 45° bevels and 2.3 mm Dyna Hoop ribs, this snare delivers even tension and precise response, even when played with subtlety. The 20-strand carbon steel timbre, coupled with the Yamaha Type Q trigger and its DC3 counterpart, allows for fine, stable timbre adjustment.
The Hairline Clear finish highlights the brushed brass, while the chrome hardware completes the discreet aesthetic. Fitted with a sandblasted Ambassador Remo for striking and an Ambassador Reso for resonance, it adapts easily to different playing styles.
Its 13" x 6.5" format adds a little more depth, allowing it to impose itself without forcing itself into a mix. A good choice for drummers looking for a reliable, direct snare that doesn't overdo it.
