The Zoom H1n has multi-channel recording capabilities, a robust housing, integrated microphone capsules and multiple mounting possibilities on a microphone stand, boom or directly on a DSLR.
The H1n recorder works with 2 AAA batteries (included) which give it up to 10 hours of autonomy (in WAV recording in 16bit/44.1kHz mode), or on a mains power supply (optional).
A 3.5mm mini-jack input located on the Zoom H1n allows you to connect and power a condenser lavalier microphone (not included), or accept a direct line-level connection, from a mixer or a wireless receiver.
Audio recording is done via an SD/SDHC card up to 32GB, or by directly plugging the Zoom H1n recorder into your computer, via the USB 2.0 socket provided for this purpose. A 4 GB card can record 6 hours of uncompressed .WAV audio data in 16 bit/44.1kHz stereo
