The Zoom H2n is a fantastic little portable digital recorder capable of recording 2 stereo tracks or 4 mono tracks simultaneously, with an array of 5 built-in microphones (in X/Y & Mid-Side), and a mini-Jack mic/line input. It offers several Stereo or Surround recording modes, to capture music, sound effects and speeches in excellent quality. Sonovente recommends the Zoom H2n for podcasts, creating Youtube content or rehearsal recordings.

The Zoom H2n is no exception, with its multi-channel recording capabilities, rugged body, built-in microphone capsules and options for mounting on a mic stand, boom or directly on a DSLR.
The H2n recorder runs on 2 AA batteries (included), giving up to 20 hours' autonomy (WAV recording in 16bit/44.1kHz mode), or on an optional mains supply.
A 3.5mm mini-jack input on the Zoom H2n allows you to plug in and power a condenser lapel microphone (not included), or accept a direct line-level connection from a mixing desk or wireless receiver.
Audio can be recorded using an SD/SDHC card of up to 32GB, or by plugging the Zoom H2n recorder directly into your computer via the USB 2.0 socket provided.
