The Alesis Strike Amp 12 MK2 is both robust and lightweight, making it easy to transport to gigs and rehearsals. It can be used in a monitor position, but its versatile design also allows it to be used upright or on a speaker stand. This gives you greater flexibility to direct the sound where you want it, which is particularly useful for outdoor gigs or situations where front-of-house PA is limited. Its performance is exceptional, with a maximum sound pressure level of 132 dB SPL and a frequency range of 44 Hz to 20 kHz. This wide bandwidth allows it to faithfully reproduce the full power of your kick drum, right through to the clear, precise sound of your snare and hi-hats.

The Alesis Strike Amp 12 MK2 is a high-performance amplifier designed specifically for electronic drums. Its 2,500 watts of peak power give you plenty of headroom for almost any situation, from rehearsal to gigging. The 12-inch woofer and 1-inch high-frequency compression driver are optimized for a linear frequency response across the entire sound spectrum. This means you can enjoy accurate and authentic sound reproduction of your acoustic and electronic drum sounds.
The Strike Amp 12 MK2 features two XLR + 1/4-inch combo inputs for connecting your electronic drums and/or a multipad, each with its own independent volume control. You can also connect a mobile device wirelessly to the Strike Amp 12 MK2 via Bluetooth®. This allows you to stream music during rehearsals or during breaks in your gigs. An XLR output is also available for daisy-chaining multiple speakers together or for sending the signal from your Strike Amp to a front-of-house mixer.
On stage and in the rehearsal room, low frequencies from different instruments can easily build up and muddy the sound. The Strike Amp 12 MK2 features an HPF EQ switch that quickly eliminates problematic frequencies and ensures your sound fits seamlessly into the overall mix. Unwanted electrical noise is another common problem. The Strike Amp 12 MK2’s ground lift switch helps eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops.
