The SGT-DI Bass Preamp DI Pedal is a complete solution for modern bassists. Compact and easy to transport, it features a Super Grit Technology overdrive circuit including the sounds of the legendary Ampeg SVT and B15 amps, as well as a versatile three-band EQ for sweeping the midrange. It also features three-position Ultra-Lo and Ultra-Hi switches, a 10:1 variable compressor, an auxiliary input, and a headphone output.

Furthermore, the SGT-DI incorporates Ampeg's first-ever cabinet simulator/impulse response host, giving bassists a wealth of possibilities to control every aspect of their bass sound. The SGT-DI comes with six preloaded Ampeg factory cabinet IRs, three of which can be replaced. Bassists can choose one of the three classic Ampeg cabinets included as standard, or load up to three impulse responses of their choice using the free Ampeg IR Loader app.
