The Source Audio Ultra Wave Bass SA251 is an impressively rich multiband processor designed for professional bassists who want to sculpt their tone with unprecedented precision. Thanks to its 37 band-split modes, each subdivided at specific frequencies, you can target the bass, midrange or treble to sculpt highly detailed, nuanced saturation.
With 44 types of distortion, from fuzz and tube to diode and octave up, the pedal unleashes extremely varied textures. It also incorporates a two-channel compressor/expander with pro settings (gain, threshold, ratio, attack, release) to control the dynamics of each band.
The 8-band graphic EQ lets you refine the result even further, while the adjustable noise gate ensures a clean sound, even with high distortion. The expression pedal morphing system allows you to move smoothly from one preset to another.
In terms of performance, you get 128 presets that can be saved via the Neuro Mobile app, stereo inputs/outputs and a choice of bypass (buffer or true bypass) to suit your needs.
