Bass Effects
Here's an effects pedal designed as a bass mixer. This 3-channel mixer condenses essential functions for bassists who can't do without several instruments on stage, into a compact format. It incorporates a Hifizer filter that boosts the bass and treble while cutting the midrange, for a punchy sound that's ideal for slap or midrange playing. The Old School filter, meanwhile, reduces the treble with a low-pass filter, creating a softer, vintage tone. Everything you need to juggle several instruments without tangling your cables or your brain.

Presentation
The Markbass Pro Bass Mixer not only takes up very little space on your pedalboard, it also saves you precious time. Its 3 foot-selectable channels mean you don't have to retune your brain between live performances. You can juggle your instruments like a sonic magician, without sacrificing the settings specific to each one. And that counts for something.
Each channel has its own Gain/Volume pairing, as well as clever dual filtering. The Hifizer filter makes enthusiastic slaps and sharp attacks shine, while the Old School filter brings all this back in warmer, vintage colours. All with nothing to fiddle with while it's playing.
The third channel clearly wants to stand out from the crowd. A 48V phantom power supply and a combo input are all you need to get your condenser microphone into the mix, without the need for an additional power supply. Double bass? A vocal? Something weird with strings? It's possible, and it works. And you can tell that Markbass has thought about musicians who are a little adventurous.
Do you like to go far in your configurations? Still don't have enough channels? Don't panic: each Pro Bass Mixer can be linked to another via the dual Out 1 / Out 2 outputs. The result: a chain of mixers for a complete stage. We warn you, at this stage it's no longer a pedalboard, it's an orbital station.
