B&C Speakers - 6PE13 8 Ohm

The 6PE13 8 Ohm continues the B&C Speakers tradition of midrange drivers dedicated to demanding sound reinforcement applications. Designed to operate efficiently between 600 Hz and 5 kHz, it is naturally at home in multi-way systems where intelligibility and definition of the midrange spectrum are crucial.

Its high efficiency means you can achieve a high level of sound with moderate power consumption, a valuable asset for medium- and large-scale amplified systems. The 38 mm aluminium voice coil, combined with a fibreglass support, ensures excellent thermal stability while keeping the moving mass low, which is conducive to rapid response and transient precision.

The ferrite magnetic motor delivers a flux density of 1.4 T, guaranteeing effective control of diaphragm displacement and a coherent response throughout the useful band. The exponentially profiled cone and carefully dimensioned suspension contribute to balanced reproduction without excessive coloration, facilitating equalisation and integration with the other channels in the system.

Thanks to its 6.5-inch format, compact footprint and low weight, the 6PE13 is particularly well suited to compact PA speakers, stage monitors, small line array systems or installed broadcast speakers, wherever midrange accuracy is paramount.
